Need your help plz .Urgently.. K1 visa

My fiance had interview for K1 visa, at US embassy in Pakistan on May6 2011. he was told that his forms are missing even though i am 100% positive that i send all the documents. Eitherway they told him to submit those and we mailed it same day. I sent an email after two weeks to get an update and received an email stating that your case is in administrative process and it may take several months. Can you please let me know how long will it take. I don't see any reason of holding it. Is there any way to expedite it. or at least get them processed so it doesn't get delayed. Case was approved from USCIS August 2010. Normally this visa takes 6 months and in this case it's way over 6 months.

Any information will be appreciated.

AH no that's 6 months to approve the petition then it has to go through beneficiaries embassy for a k1 interview and approval, and that can take another 2 months. There is nothing you can do as you have sent the documents they requested, and if it is in AP then you wait. Give it 30 days then call again.

His interview already took place on May 6, 2011

It's been over a month and didn't hear back. I called last week to the state deparment and they stated it's in administrative process.
Any clues how long will it take after interview and after submitting all the paper work.

Also i do see that on the approval letter that was sent to me at the time of transferring this to embassy. it has a valid date of 02/01/2011-06/01/2011. what is that mean? does it mean case will be done by 06/01/2011?

They give all petitions an expiry date and as you are in AP this is irrelevant as the embassy will extend this as 6/1 has been and gone. No there is no time you just wait or ring weekly till you get an answer

No REsponse yet after Interview for K1. Almost 2 months now.

Does any one know the max time they will take for AP after interivew on K1 visa? It's been almost 2 months n haven't heard. Please pray for me n my Fiance.
