Question about fiance visa

As I understand it, after your fiance visa application gets approved, you get a packet in the mail with documents for your interview in your home country. I have a couple of questions: (especially for Indian applicants)

1) approximately how long after the application approval do you receive the packet in the mail?

2) does the packet come via a private courier (like FedEx/DHL etc) or does it come via the regular government postal service?

Just to reiterate it is not the K1 that gets approved at this stage it is the petition 129f that gets approved then the beneficiary send in papers from packet 3 to apply for a K1 visa. The packet 3 usually comes in an email to petitioner.
