help me please in i-134 form ............please

im working in k1 visa i just recieved NOA 2 ,my friend tell me that he will take care of i-134 form , and when he finished he will send it to me for embassy interview .......right ?
now what other( paper work ) should i ask him to do for me ? some body says he should ask for bank letter and employment letter . i feel confused . can any body help me

If you are the petitioner you need to supply a 134 for your fiance and yes bank letter stating when you opened account and balance all on Bank letter head they will do this for you no problem and at least 6 pay stubs and a letter form your employer stating full time or part time work your yearly salary all on business letterhead.

No tax statement unless required by that embassy but not usually for 134 that comes when you AOS and do 864
