I need some advise... I got in states in 2008 on K3 visa. I'm a Russian citizen. I married an american in Russia, when i got here he divorced and i didnt get a green card, i didnt leave the country, year and half i met another douche bag, we got a child together and he cancelled his petition, so right now he is trying to deport me, immigration already send me a notice of removal which is deportation, I don't care about states anymore, i just don't wanna be separate with my son forever. And unfortunately i don't have money for the attorney! Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you!!!
