Forgot to send g325a and the i-130 still got approved!!

hello,
im a US citizen and have filed i-130 for my wife who resides in jordan, but i forgot to send g325a for both of us. i found out few weeks later that i had to include a g325a for each of us. I was told by a lawyer to wait for a RFE. the weird part was that instead of receiving a RFE i received an approval notice for the i-130!!
my question is this normal? and is it gonna cause my wife any problems down the road with the NVC or the consular in amman, jordan?

ok,
i contacted NVC. I sent them an explanation letter with a new set of g325a. I was told that my account was updated. Turned out not to be a big deal after all. The ppl at the NVC are really helpful and "actually" know what they are talking about.
