  • Address requirement for K1 visa processes

Hello, I am currently in the process of applying for the K1 fiancee
visa. I am a US citizen and my fiancee is Nepalese and currently
living in Kathmandu. Everything seem to be in order except for certain
forms that require address information. The address information is in
our USA format with street and number, city, than state ect... However
according the my knowledge the address of Nepalese residents is quite
different. My fiancee explained to me that in Nepal, residents have a
HOME address, however it is not their POSTAL address. My fiancee sent
me a G.P.O / E.P.C number and told the that is the only way she can
receive mail and packages in Nepal. However our immigration forms
requires the Home/Residency address with street and number, city,
state, country, zip code ect... My question is what is the correct way
for me and her to fill out the address and residence section for the
forms I-129f, G-325, ect. If i write the Home address, she cannot
receive mail and documents from USCIS or our US Embassy. However our
K1 required forms are not formatted for entry of G.P.O/ E.P.C numbers.

P.S. I looked everywhere for the fix but couldn't find any. This is the last piece of the puzzle before i send my package out so thanks for the help!!!

AS you are the USC and petitioner all the mail will come to you anyways and then when approved you will receive email and then forward that to your fiancee. Fill in the address for her as she said as I am sure USCIS are aware of the address difference for her country. You could also add on a note expaining the situation with her mailing address. Good luck
