  • Need info about fiance visa

Ok. First of all hi everyone, its my first post here.

I am a US citizen and I want to bring a woman with a 3y old child to US. I don't know what is the best way around this, one of the problems is that I am not sure if her ex husband will give her the permission to take the child to US.

There for I wonder if filing a non immigrant tourist visa is the best decision. Please advise,
    1. what exactly does she need to get from her ex husband
1.5. DO we really need a permission from the EX or maybe not.
    2. what is the best way to bring them here to US considering that ex husband may not give the permission.
    3. Will she need to bring her child for the consulate interview???

any advice and info will be appreciated

If you are wanting to bring her here on a fiance visa ok and YES she has to have permission from the father to bring child to USA to live with her and you. No questions
asked, You can't bring her here on a tourist visa and then she stay because you have intent of her immigrating and that is immigration fraud.
