Need Help with Filing I-485.Fiance got here on K1

Hi,
My fiance got here on K1 visa and we got married. Now i need to file I-485. Can you please tell me is there anything specific that we need to know and also do you know how long does it take to get Green card after filing I-485? Can you please specify which forms we should submit as he got here on K1 visa. Along with I-485 do I need to submit I-129F, I-693, I-765, I-864? He got his medical done a month ago abroad also I provided I-864 at interview time. Do I need to re-submit? Please advise

For AOS I-485 you need to download the instructions and read it all plus the forms. Costs $1070 and you include I-485, I-765 (employment EAD) I-131 AP (advanced parole) the fees for these 2 forms is waived if together with AOS. You do need to do I-864 affidavit for your spouse. The medical is still valid but you should have a vaccination form which needs to be transcribed over to I-693 part 1.2 and 5 vaccination part only by a civil surgeon. SO you have a lot of reading to do and I suggest you read and re read a lot. Oh and the process is different for every one depending on whether you have interview or not but 3-6 months.
