marriage certificate and marriage contract the same?

hi, i would like to know if marriage certificate and marriage contract is the same in the application of i-130? i asked my wife in the philippines to make an affidavit of bonafide marriage. the affidavit was already signed and notarized when i saw that she put "That their marriage was authentic as evidenced by the copies of marriage contract issued by the National Statics Office (NSO)"

do you think the immigration will look for the contract where the contract and certificate in philippines is the same? thanks
