can i enter US whilst the k1 visa app is in process

Excuse me but will someone please tel me if it is ok to enter the US with a visa waiver whilst mine and my US fiancees K1 visa aplication is processing ! thankyou

Yes it is ok but always up to the discretion of the CO at POE but as long as you show ties to your home you will be fine. You can bring copy of NOA1 of your fiance petition and employment proof and any lease papers if you are renting. Just have proof that you are returning home if asked but I doubt it and to be honest with you the CO do nt know that you have a fiance petition pending so enjoy your holiday and good luck for the future. I visited my now husband and never had an ounce of trouble.
