My fiance had USA asylum back in 2006, it was granted and she had to go back !!

My fiance had USA asylum granted back in 2006, later she left voluntarily and sent letter to goverment explaining why..my question is..now that I am a US Citizen would she be allowed to get a fiance or K1 visa and come back to USA..she did not have any problem when stayed in USA?

As long as she entered legally and left legally form the USA then there should be no problem you petitioning for her a fiance application.
