  • K1 Visa, Certification of Citizenship.

I'm confused by the instructions for the I-129f proof of citizenship.

It says for the I-129F that I should send my ORIGINAL Certificate of Citizenship. Is that accurate? I see in the instruction above for the Certification of Naturalization, they want a COPY of the front and back ( I lost mine and just applied for a replacement then got this Certification of Citizenship a month ago). Thanks all!

Are you the petitioner? Then you send them a copy notarised of your citizenship papers, front and back.

I made a photo copy of the front and back. Though the back is actually blank so it was kind of weird sending just a blank sheet of paper.

Well if the back is blank then no you just send the front common sense here, just make sure it is certified or notarised.
