K1 Visa Help Please!!!!

i plan to visit my gf in the united states in december 2011 and propose to her, there we will begin the k1 visa process application. this will be my second visit as i was just there for 3 months in the summer 2011 on my 10 year multiple entry B1/B2 visa. We have been talking for over a year now but the mode of our communication has been through skype (video& text) and oovoo , the phone records are impossible to access. what i want to find out is if the skype chat history, photo's, ring reciept, boarding passes and both reservations (gf made purchase with credit card) from my two trips will be enough to prove that we have a bonifide relationship. We are deeply in love and my intention is to stay in the us with her for the majority of the processing time and then return to my country when the documents have reached my home consulate

It's more or less impossible to know in advance if the evidence you submit will be enough. What you basically need to prove is that you have a bona fide relationship and that you have met each other within the last two years. Evidence you could use are, as you mentioned, letters, emails, Skype conversations, photos, boarding cards etc. You should go through all the evidence that you have and pick some of each kind that are distributed over the time that you've known each other (ie don't pick 37 photos taken on the same day and use as the only piece of evidence). Look through the evidence you then choose and try to judge if someone that doesn't know you (ie the USCIS) would be able to review the documents and decide that it's a bona fide relationship. In general, it's probably better to submit a little bit too much than too little. Just make sure there's a variety of documents so you don't submit too much evidence of the same kind.

With the 129f petition all that is required is proof that you have met in the last 2 years. All the other evidence is secondary right now and can be used at interview stage. In saying that you can submit approx 8 pics dated and place they were taken. boarding passes from trips, emails and some chat history remembering to keep this suitable content so they don't need to see all your lovey dovey stuff (wink) and above all a letter of intent to marry from both of you signed.
