need help on k1 visa

i met a girl online in 2009. In July i went to vietnam to visit her and then returned to usa. I wanted to apply for k1 visa but she wasnt sure about coming because she didnt speak english and was afraid to come.we didnt have much contact for over 2 years. fast track to 2011. she can speak some english and we have started to talk again and i am planing to visit her in feb 2012. we are planning an engagment ceremony when i am there and then i plan to return to start the k1 visa process. what forms should i take over for her so i dont have to mail them to her? Also a year and half ago i had met a girl in the philipines and started to bring her over but when i returned and started the process i learned she had lied and cheated on me during the process of applying for a k1 visa. The k1 process was to the point of having a appointment scheduled for her interview. I canceled everything when i learned she had lied and cheated on me. will the cancelled application have a bearing on the k1 visa for my fiancee in vietnam? will I need to show the previous k1 process on the application for the current visa application? 1 and half years have went by since i applied for the visa for the girl in the phillipines. You can apply for K1 more than once but there usually has to be at least 2 years between as it looks like you are just going through foreign fiancee's to get married. On another site this happened to a guy and he had issues because he just had plain bad luck in picking his women .
You will need to take G-325 affidavit for her to sign and you will need to get a letter of intent to marry with in the 90 days of arrival signed by her as well.

thanks for the reply! I am not going over to vietnam till feb 2012 and wont be filing till march so there will be over two years till i file for my vietnamese fiancee.
