i'm a beneficiary of k1 visa waiting for packet3 from philippines. i worked in saudi arabia from 2007-2009. as stated in the packet3 instruction there is a need for police clearance from countries wherein you stayed for more than 6 months. my concerns are:
1.Does this saudi police clearance needed for the approval of the k1 visa since it is so difficult to procure the saudi police clearance here in the Philippines?
2.if its needed, how to get the saudi police clearance here in the philippines?
3. Does the "No Derogatory Record" document from philippine embassy riyadh enough as a substitute for the saudi police clearance if ever i couldn't get one?
