::need help k1 fiance visa::

Hi, I'm a Filipino and I'm a US citizen. I was born in San Francisco,CA but when I was 2 months old, we moved to the Philippines. My parents are Filipino-Chinese. I lived in the Philippines for 22 years (I'm 23yrs old) and finished my studies there. I just came to US March 30,2011. It'll be my 7th month here this coming Oct. 30,2011. I'm trying to get my girlfriend in the Philippines via Fiance visa. Is there a required length of stay for me here in the US before I file my petition? I'm working two jobs ang it should make me $35,000-$40,000/year combined. Any help would be really much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

As long as you are a USC and live in the USA you can petition

They are not worried what you did in another country as long as you are legal here you are fine.
