Applying for K3 visa

I left US in 1993 after my student visa was revoked, reason was, working without a valid permit to work.
My parents are in talks with a prospective groom, who is a US citizen. I would like to know, if it is required for me to apply for a K3 visa, will my previous history with the US immigration pose any problems, I am currently a PR of Australia.

Hi, I think there are a lot of factors why a visa can be revoked. One of them are documents presented are not enough to prove such relationship. Anyway, I found this article about K1 and K3. ****

The post is just advertising for a not so good website. The times they post for visas is way off. The fact they continue to promote k3 visa shows they are not current with their information. K3 visas are old news and are rarely issued any more. Married people get the CR1/IR1 visa now.
