NVC made a mistake, need advice!

our k1 visa petition was approved last aug 2011 and forwarded to NVC in New Hampshire and and got reply after 3 weeks. my fiance lives in USA and Im currently working here in canada for more than 2 years. Our application should be process in US Embassy in Montreal but the NVC wrongly sent the Package to US Embassy in Manila, Philippines.. I got a letter from US Embassy in Manila informing me that i will be having my interview... Im wondering, How come they won't notice the form (question num 20) that the processing will be take place in Montreal, Canada not in Philippines... What am i supposed to do, im working here in Canada, as that is stated in my Biographical Data.. My question is: How long will it takes to send back the package from US Embassy Manila to US Embassy Montreal.. Anyone who has this case same with me? need help!

You need to call USCIS immediately and get that transferred back to Canada. Speak to a level 2 person
