K-1 to Adustment

My wife entered USA under a K-1 visa (Fiancee visa). We got married during the 90 days required by USCIS, but we have not file the adjustment for her and my two sons because we did not have the USCIS filing fees due to economict hardship. I am ready to file the adjustment status for them, but I am not sure if I can do it now or if I have to file the I-130 petition for each of them...please help me. Thank you.

How long have you been married? If it is more than 2 years then yes you have to file 130 + 485
