As a USA citizen its still too hard to get any kind of immigration visas from my origin country for my future husband or fiance due to security and world crises.The countery i belong to a developing 3rd world.
I want to get married in my culture and religeon.
Would you all share or advice me if I get married of engaged with a guy with kids from back home '' Fiance OR immigration ''petition is a better choice and which one has lesss chances of rejections even i have all papers and living here over 30yrs.
PLEASE advice me according to your experience and share what problems you faced being an origin from 3rd world country in Asia and current world peace and security situation?
PLEASE friends advice me the best to chose?which visa application woould be less stressful and has more chances to be succeed legally and according to your experience.
