I am on a H1,my mom filed a I-130,but I am also getting married

My mom's petition (she is a US citizen) will take forever because the bulletin proceeds slowly. In the meanwhile I got engaged with a US citizen and we are planning on getting married in february.
Can I apply for a K3? I cannot see if K3 accept dual intention (since I already have a ptetion pending through my mom). What other visa would you suggest me to look into?
