Did she put her address as currently living in Florida? I'm looking at a graph of I-130 processing times and until August CSC and VSC were tracking along close together at around 100 days. Then the lines diverge with CSC taking longer and longer. Maybe USCIS pushed more petitions to CSC to realign where they work on I-130s. I haven't been reading forums about I-130s so don't know the buzz.

Is it true that spouse of USC has no waiting period??? we need to know that ....
    thanks
I don't know what you mean by this. You have to wait on I-130 approval. You have to wait on on NVC to process the case. You have to wait on an interview assignment.

Yes we did put in the address that her address is Florida....what i meant was that is it that the spouse of an USC don't have to wait for the waiting period to get the i - 130 to approved...like in normal as u said its gonna take 195day for i - 130 to get approved so is there any spl advantage for spouse of USC...thanks again for your reply...

The 195 days I saw was average for CR1 visas--only spouses of US citizens. Average meaning some are faster and some are slower.

I do not know when your I-130 will be approved.
After that approval, I don't know how many more months it will take you to get your documents and payments to the NVC and for them to complete your case and pass your case to India.
You never said which of 3 consulates in India will do the interview. Each one has different timing.
