Okay,
So I just turned in the I-129F Petition for my Fiance and I,
We are young (but legal to marry!) and have been dating for over 2 years now. We filled out all of our papers and undoubtedly we are legit couple and plan on getting married in December. We are still students and I am in College in the US. I still live with my mom and she still supports both me and my fiance (aka she pays the rent and we get groceries and clean and such). I have a part time job as a baker but do not make the money that it requires we make. I sent in my mom's w2 form showing she makes 32,000 a year and a note that says that she is our "sponser" and she will support us until we get on our feet. Will they deny us for that? I probably dont want to know the answer but I need to. and if they do, is there anything we can do? Can it be fixed?
Also!
he plans on comming to visit in July, and I am wondering if he is allowed to travel to the US to see me after we have applied for the visa? Will I be allowed to go there as well?
