    Per instructions for the I-129 form for courier delivery to send to Lewisville Texas.

    Fed Ex delivered to "shipping ad receiving" and was signed by J. Arthur on February 22nd.

    I called to day because I have not heard a word from USCIS nor has my check cleared the back.

    They have no record in the system yet of my petition.

    Has anyone had any issues with this?

    How long does it take for the application to be entered into their systems?

    Getting a bit worried that the application was lost

    Within 30 days of having filed your application, you will be receiving a notification from the USCIS that will have a confirmation receipt number through which you can track the status of your application. If you do not hear from them even after 30 days, you can call them at 1-800-375-5283

      Hi, I sent my K1 application to the Lewisville, TX location on the 20th and it was received and signed for on the 21st. I have not received a text or email from them, and I am kind of worried because I was reading a thread on many others who filed around the same time as me and sent it to the Dallas, TX dropbox, and already have received text messages and emails and checks have been cashed. I am thinking I sent it to the wrong place and my packet is lost. If anyone has gone through the same thing what can you suggest.

        I think if it go in the wrong place then it return in 2-5 days. Why you not call and ask him what will happen they sent you message or not.
