My wife's current job in russia is in a illegal poker club. Poker made illegal in russia in 2008. She is paid cash. Do I list this job on her Biographical Information form that must be submitted with the I-130? Does this effect her ability to immigrate to USA? She works this job to simply survive in russia with her son.
