we got a letter from USCIS say intent to revoke and we sent all the proofs and they receive our response on On January 15, 2012 but we got revoked and we appeal so they receive appeal eoir-29 with more evidence and brief on march and we contacted congressman and 1 month after that USCIS sent us email saying that

Your Current Case Status for Form I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

On January 15, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
Once a timely response to the request for evidence is received by USCIS, we review the evidence or information you submitted. If you submitted the requested evidence, we continue with the adjudication of your application or petition in light of the new evidence

if they got appeal on march why they sent this email saying On January 15, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location is that mean our case is pending and our appeal was approved i need your answers

It sounds like what INS is good for.......making mistakes. Why your I-130 was rejected?
Have you talked to them? If you can, get a lawyer.

        Hello,

Sorry for what you are going through. Based on my experience:
        1.
        1. You should have received the receipt or notice from USCIS confirming that they received your EOIR-29 with new case number which you can use check the status on the USCIS website.
        2. 2. If you have not received any letter regarding your most recent appeal, you could try to call their customer service number 1-800-375-5283. If you are lucky, you might get someone live and ask them whats going on with your case.

Please let me know how your case turns out. Mine is pending BIA decision and my EOIR was sent in March but have not heard anything besides the receipt with new case number.

        Thanks,
        -matabac
