Please Help!!!!!!!!!! I was just notified to be eligible for a consulate interview under my fiance's k1 petition. But before i can book for it, i must pay the visa application fees, however i am confused, I have a 10-yr. old-child and the plan is that he will accompany me immediately once my k-1 visa is approved (being listed as my child under our I-129F petition). As what i understand (which could be wrong) he is automatically part of my k-1 application. My question is, do i still need to apply for him a K2 visa since he will join me immediately? Do i need to pay for 2 visas, for both of us? or just my k1 visa? Please help me with this. Thank you. God Bless.
