Hello I just have a question to ask everyone.

1> Does an Affidavit of support have to be filed with the original I-129F petition? Have seen where it is said to send it?
2>I am in Seattle and what is the correct address to mail all the required packet to is it Dallas or California?
3> Which is the best processing center to mail it to get faster results?

Hey Tony,

Answers:

1. No. You send the I-134 to your fiancé when the I-129 is approved and sent to the embassy where your fiancé is going to have her interview. You will send it to her so she can mail it along with other documents to the US embassy.

2. Mail it to Dallas for regular mail or if you want to FEDEX or UPS it, send it to the Lewisville address. Both are in Texas.

3. You have no control over that. I think it will be forward it to Vermont location. My I-129F was approved in 3.5 months.
