Oneway or twoway ticket?

My fiancé will be going for her interview soon and I need to know if she should get a oneway ticket to the U.S. or a two-way ticket? As you know a oneway thicket is twice as much for some stupid reason.

i agree i dont understand y one way is so much more money.... but someone told me to do round trip when the time comes that my fiance gets approved
