Hello everybody,
I am a US citizen who has filed for a K-1 visa, the i-129f petition has been accepted by the USCIS and is under initial review. My question is, can my fiance who lives in korea travel to china during this period? Can anyone help me figure this out? She's going on a short trip, less than a week with her sister who is moving there.
It is my understanding that during this process, she should not travel.
Is this true? Should she stay in Korea and not travel?
