Me and my fiance are going back to the US to visit my family for the summer. She already has her tourist visa and we're all good to go. The trouble is, I'm about sick of living and working in China so even though I already have a job lined up for the fall, I'm sending out resumes like a madman trying to find a good job in the USA. My worry is: what if I'm offered a job during the summer? Of course I would accept and not return to China which leaves a very big problem for my fiance.
To prepare for such an event, considering we are going home June 16th (about a month away), should we both trying to get a fiance visa now? Or perhaps get married in China and get a spousal visa? Or should we just visit the US as planned, get married in the US, and if I'm offered a job apply for her to be able to stay?
It's all very confusing to me and I would love to hear your thoughts on it.
