    hi
just wanna know if its possible for me and my fiance to go back to my country 2-3 months after having been married to the USA?

After you get married to her on a fiance visa , you have to file an Adjustment of status to permanent residence for her. It will take more than 2-3 months and she cannot leave US before her adjustment is done.

yes, it is possible. Apply for a travel doc( adv. parole) when filing AOS.
Should not leave US without it even when traveling to canada, carribean.
