Once K-1 is filed how long of a visit to the states?

Hello Folks,

I am mailing off the K-1 packet this coming week and i would like to know how long can my fiancee visit me in the states.. She is from Japan and would like to spend about 3 weeks with me and meet all of my family members in August and go back.. So can anyone let me know if this is advisable?

If she's a Japanese citizen she can stay on a visitor visa for 90 days:

I'm pretty sure her K1 will not be done by then.

Ours took 6 months and 21 days from the time i got my NOA1 (acknowledgement from USCIS they got my k1 request) to the day she got approve by her interviewer.

I think my time was about average. During that period, your fiancee is welcome to do as she pleases with what her citizenship allows her to do, including coming here.
