K-1 visa filing location question and which is faster processing times.

Hello Folks,

I am going to mail the K-1 application first thing tomorrow morning and was looking at the site for Processing centers to mail the packet to. So i was still planning on sending it to Texas and i looked at the processing list and it does not show the K-1 visa times.

I already have the paperwork stating the USCIS Texas location and would that really matter if i sent it to California? So please advise what is the best processing location to sent the packet to and thank you..

Does not mater where you send it it goes to centralized "bucket" and then is distributed to whichever center they choose...You have no control over it. So follow the guidlines on USCIS web site and you will be fine...you may send it to texas and they will forward it to VSC or CSC or keep it there...ya never know.
