my petition was denied by a consular officer based on the fact that he thought me and my fiancee are married already. I do know for a fact we are not married yet as there are 3 stages to the marriage process were she is fromand i only completed the first stage. now my petition is stuck in limbo, on may 4 2012 uscis reaffirmed and sent back the petition to the department of state. On may 14 i got another email that the department of state sent it back to the uscis for further review and thats were am stuck right now. Anyone have any idea how long this may take and what outcome am likely to get
