  • CSC timing update...

Our i-130 was just approved before our i-129f could be approved! (FYI: i filed for the 129f IMMEDIATELY after receiving the receipt for the i-130)

    Timing (i-130):
    received: 03/01/2012
    priority: 03/01/2012
    Notice: 03/02/2012
    approved: 06/15/2012

So that was only 3 months and 14 days!!!!!!!!!!!

    Timing (i-129f):
    received date: 03/15/2012
    Notice date: 03/20/2012
I'm assuming this will be withdrawn since the NVC will receive the approved i-130 soon.

Wow that is pretty fast and quite surprised and i have some questions to ask.

    1. Where is your fiancee from?
    2. which processing center did it go first before it went to US embassy?
    3. How long was your relationship was it more than 2 years?

    Thanks,

The i-130 is the application for a green card.
      1. My husband is from Morocco, but he lives in Italy.
      2. It was processed at the CSC (California Service Center), now it will go to the NVC (national visa center) and then it will go to the US Consulate in Naples, Italy
      3. We have been married for 8 months, together for over a year.

I was just trying to let everyone know that the CSC (California Service Center) is processing faster than the 5 months that is showing on the uscis website.
