Administrative process in Ankara, Turkey

My fiancé is having her interview soon at US embassy in Ankara, Turkey. I would like to know if there is any Iranian who went there for their K1 visa and if they had to wait for the Administrative process? How long was the wait? Did your fiancé return to Iran or just waited in Ankara? Is it a good ideal for me the US citizen to go there and be with my fiancé during the interview? Any information about process of K1 visa in Ankara is appreciated.
