Marrying on a student visa

My boyfriend will be graduating in December and his student visa will be up in Jan. I will still be a student for another year but would it matter to the immigration officers if I am still a student when we file for a fiance visa??

You better make sure you have the support packet showing that you can support the other half and if you don't then it will get denied..

It doesn't matter if you're a student or not. What matters (as the previous post stated) is that you have sufficient income/assets to meet the criteria. Otherwise you'll need a co-sponsor.
