What are the chances of a green card holder filling for a love one compare to waiting to apply for a citizenship in 3 yrs? I want my fiance who is in spain to join me but am worried as i have been in the country for two years now. I came with my husband but we divorced recently and I am back with an ex. Pls advice me as to if I should wait till a obtain my citizenship or we should get married now for me to file for him? Which one would be faster? Thank you
