Can I have checklist of documents for K1 visa in advance?

Hello, I'm a Filipino. My American fiance filed petition for k1 visa last March and received a message from immigration that they need additional documents on August 4, 2012. On September, Immigration may approve the petition and send checklist of documents, such as Police Clearance, NBI Clearance, Passport and etc. for the interview at US Embassy here in Philippines. My question is: Can I process the said documents in advance or before the Immigration or Embassy (or whoever) sends the checklist of documents I need? Hope someone could help me. I really need advice from anyone here. Thanks so much. And God bless..

Google "US embassy Manila" then click Immigrant Visas. On the left see Forms and Packets and click. You'll find what you need.
