Dear All,
I'm new to this forum and would like to ask something about K1 fiancee visa.
After my US fiancee received approval of I-129, i got instruction packet 3-K1 Visa from the US embassy.
And it has been mentioned if the Petitioner (which is my US fiancee) is unemployed then "She must provide a
written statement that she is unemployed".
I would like to know what should be the "CONTENT OF LETTER STATING THAT US FIANCEE IS UNEMPLOYED".
As such we don't have issue with my fiancee being unemployed, since we have a joint sponsor from her
family.
My US fiancee was a full time employee, but she had to quit when she came to see me in person and lived with me
for some months. She is unemployed ever since she got back (in 3rd week of June) to the US.
She was previously a full time employee, but she had to quit since she wanted to visit and live with me for sometime. She is again trying to get hook to a full time employment, but in the meantime she has to provide a statement stating that she is unemployed. I would be greatly thankful if any of the forum members guide me as to what should be the content of letter saying that US fiancee is unemployed.
