Finally noa2 from Vermont. --NICOLE---

Received my noa2 today. Approved on the 20th sept. noa1 was on march 23rd. Vermont is still catching up.

Yes!!!! Finally nvc is sending my approved noa2 to foreign consulate

Noa2 approved sept 20th. Sept 28th nvc forwarding case to foreign consulate!!!!! Am soo happy
