Hi,I have a question regarding my documents.I came here as fiancee visa & got married within 90 days.I mailed my I-485 & all the papers that goes with it Aug.20th 2012 & the Homeland recieved it Aug.23rd.Sept.19th i received 4 mails the 2mails says that they already got my papers & they are processing it.The 1 mail says that they will just send me an appointment for my biometric & the other mails says that my appointment for biometric is Oct. 1st 2012.I been here in the US since July 2009 so my passport & I-94 both expired.My question is do you think they will let me get my biometric though the ID that i have already expired?Went to DMV already to get a State ID but they did not issue me an ID because my passport & I-94 both expired.Any advice pls!Thank you so much!Please help!I appreciate it alot!
