Hello,
I am planning to bring my wife on H4 and the visa date is in Oct. I have all the supporting documents from the Employer. I had my H-1B with my new employer starting from Sep and the current employer runs a monthly payroll so I just have one paystub. Well before that I was in India stuck on a 221g but working from India actually worked with my old company until Aug from India. But I have only 4 pay stubs Jan, feb, March, and April so after that again the new paystub is from the new company in Sep. So at the time of H4 Visa what should be the answer to the VO regarding this gap in the Pay stubs from May to Aug (4 months) can we say I was not working as I was in India.
