Visa application fee payment

Hi,

I have my H-1B & Wife's H-4 visa application. I created two profiles and added my wife as my dependent.
but, it generated only ONE CGI reference number for both of us.
I'm paying through Axis bank.
The next step of payment is asking for TWO Reference number, one for each of us.
My Question is:

Will Axis bank provide TWO ref. no. for ONE CGI ref. no?

Okay, I got my answer from a friend. here's what's gonna happen.

Axis bank will issue only ONE reference number for both of us.
and the two numbers in my profile will be automatically updated after I'll pay the fees.

Hope this will clear doubts of some others like me.

Did using the same reference number work for you for scheduling the appointment? I am trying to understand this because even I got only 1 advice slip for both my parents for $320.
