H4 Visa appointment Petitioner's Name

Hello Everyone,

I am on Valid H1B visa and we are scheduling the H4 Visa appointment for my wife and while completing the form there are 2 sections where it is asking for

1. Principle Applicant's Name
2. Priciple Applicant's Visa Status

I want to know who will be the principle applicant here. Will it be myself( the H1B holder) ?

Also there is another section which asks for the Petitioner Name

Who will be the petitioner in this case ? Will it be my Employer who filed my H1B or myself ?

I want to know who will be the principle applicant here. Will it be my husband( the H1B holder) or me ?

Also there is another section which asks for the Petitioner Name,

start date, end date and receipt number

Who will be the petitioner in this case ? Will it be my husbands Employer or my husband ?
