Previous Employer's Offer Letter/Employment Letter while stamping in India
Hello,
Will VO ask for Previous Employer's Offer Letter/Employment Letter while stamping in India ? I am going to India for Stamping. My status got change in March 2012 from F1 to H1 and now I have transfered my H1 to new Employer (with same client).
1. If I go in December then I will have 2-3 paychecks from new Employer. Will VO ask for Offer Letter/Employment Letter from previous employer ? because my last employer filed my H1 without mentioning client (shown as working on internal project) ?
2. Is it better to go India after 3-4 months so I can have around 6-7 paychecks? does that make difference ?
If VO ask for paychecks, it is fine because paycheck doesn't say that I am working on client's place. Only the offer letter will be worry part (as My employer is in NY and I am working in TX)
