Bringing Dependent while visa amendment is going on...

Hi All,

I need some advice.

Currently my Visa amendment is going for different client and location. Now I want to bring my wife here from India who is on H4.
Is this possible to bring my wife here while my Visa is amending as full approval would take around 3 to 4 months.
