Hi,
I am currently working on L2/EAD visa and my employer sponsored my H1B visa this year under consular processing.
So i am planning to visit India sometime this year to get Visa. While filling the DS 160 form, i got a question that "Who is paying for your trip?"
Since this is a visit planned my me, my employer will not pay for this trip. In general for fresh H1, employer has to pay for the trip.What should I answer here?
My self or Spouse or US Petitioner?
