Hi,
My H1/I-94 expired and extension was filed under normal process. Its been more than 3 months and still waiting for approval.
1). Now If I file the H1 transfer in premium process, Will my transfer processed first or both will be processed at the same time since both petitions belongs to the same person?
2) If transfer processed first? will it comes with a new I-94? or since the extension under process it comes with a counselor approval?
3) If transfer comes with a new I-94 and later if extension rejected then the new I-94 will be cancelled automatically or it is still will be valid?
4) If new I-94 is still valid, and extension is denied, what will be my status between the old I-94 expire and the new H1 transfer effective date?
